I think it's ok to have strong and even unusual opinions on food as long as you're competent and well informed I have no reason to think this woman is incompetent or well informed, so I respect her opinion more than the fast food eating while driving neckbeards who will seethe about this, never having even made a pizza in their life let alone learned about the different styles and traditions.
