I was talking about USUM more than the anime, but they both contribute to Lusamine's being universally sanitized. Even the manga is guilty of that by turning her into a almost-mindless thug as Mother Beast and then getting her to snap out of it by showing her a picture of Mohn.

TPC just hates OG Lusamine, and the anime is but evidence of that.
