The funny thing is most people outside the internet are usually pretty normal and well behaved (at least where I'm at). However, maybe a similar phenomena can be seen while driving. Most of the drivers are well behaved, but you have that one asshole driver that ruins it for everyone. They don't care if they cause harm or make driving harder and more dangerous for others. There is no consequence for their actions because they are protected behind the safety of their vehicle. Just like how the internet hides us behind the safety of our computer.
