Pretty good take but the thing you're missing is that there isn't more than one and we're living within it. Would a random cell in a body ever see a cell in another body without direct intervention? No, it wouldn't and this is why we'll never see other "universes" unless our entity allows it. We're not necessarily a virus within this entity, perhaps more akin to an unnoticed tumor, spontaneous growth out of the ether both benign and inconsequential.
