And btw, such things the OP image are talking about are a healthy part of capitalism. It's supposed to be an active negotiation between the worker and the business owner, with both of them recognizing and agreeing to the value of the thing they're exchanging.
Siding with the factory owner by default isn't capitalist, that's r/conservatism capitalism. What a job is in a capitalist society is a mutual contract agreed to by worker and employer, and he as a worker can point out when he feels he's being treated unfairly.
