>existential problem
It had been there for several days. It was hurting Shen-zin Su, yes, but there was still plenty of time left to act. It did not require immediate action.
>the people who are actually solving the problem
If there's a beehive in a tree, you are not "solving the problem" by blowing up the tree. You are destroying the tree, not saving it. Worse yet, if it is your first instinct to blow up the beehive (and half the tree along with), and you will not listen to reason to perhaps wait a few minutes and formulate a plan, then you will rightfully so be called a lunatic. The Tushui do not work with lunatics or madmen.
>The Tushui saw a problem, tried to figure out the best solution to the problem
You are wrong. The Tushui (Aysa in particular) never got a chance to figure out the best solution. If they had been given even a few hours of time, they could have probably figured out a far better way to deal with it. They could have come up with a solution that would have hurt Shen-zin Su a lot less, and have been far less dangerous to the Pandaren living on the turtle's back. None of that was possible, because of Ji's reckless behavior. He endangered everyone to immediate "fix" a problem that did not need to be fixed immediately, in the worst way possible.
>The Huojin saw a problem, took immediate action
That is the issue, yes. The problem had been there for several days already. It did not need immediate fixing. It needed a careful plan to be established, one that minimized risks to the Pandaren living atop Shen-zin Su; not just "let's throw a bunch of explosives at it". He acted less like a Pandaren and more like a Goblin, and for that, he will never be forgiven.
