There are people with decade-old OLED TVs that don't have burn-in, and the underlying tech by LG/Samsung has improved longevity with each new generation since then:

So if you run it in a dual-monitor setup with your current LCD treating it like a TV (swapping over to use it for video/gaming content only) should give you many many years of worry-free service. Investing significant funds in a MiniLED (even the best in your market) will be a side-grade at best and still look worse than even the most basic OLED monitor.
