Armstrong is actually a pretty disappointing final boss if you ignore the admittedly top tier cutscenes surrounding him and focus only on the gameplay of his fight. In fact most other MGR bosses suffer from this except Monsoon who's actually pretty fun to fight (Sundowner is also fun but his health is too low so you kill him too soon)
