Is this an optional boss? Because I've just spend the last 3 hours of my existence trying to beat this piece of shit and it's just not happening. His HP is infinite and I just want to do something else.

>extremely bloated health pool
>pathing sucks and will sometimes charge at a height that barely hits you on the ground but you need to be pixel perfect to jump over
>being inside its hit box even when not attacking does 2 masks of damage instead of just 1 (which is hilarious because the easy to dodge ground pound switches his hitbox to only do 1 mask on contact)
>most of difficulty comes from there being 2-3 enemies up at all times and how fucking long it takes to kill the boss
