For a single one-off miniature that would be TTCombat's Minerva. I rarely buy a box for a single mini but this thick bitch made me buy into a whole game.
For a kit, that would be the Female Soldiers set for Frostgrave. I don't think I have ever converted and kitbashed so many minis with any other set other than the good old GW's Orc Boys.
