Do it, setup takes no more than five minutes. Set minimum framerate under which resolution gets decreased, set maximum at which resolution increases, and then you just let it do its work. I was always cranking the resolution down to hell and beyond, so my primary upside is that now I can finally see vidya in good resolution when my hardware allows it, and god damn, it does look pretty on a high-resolution headset. But it also massively improves bad scenarios, between CV1-tier resolution and bad framerate, I'll take ten seconds of CV1 resolution every day of the week. Can't even notice it in the middle of the action sometimes.
WRC is my benchmark because it's hands down the worst VR vidya I play in terms of performance deviations that's not VRC. This one is a lightweight scenario for WRC standards,
