It will sound completely pathetic but a couple weeks ago I felt incredibly miserable over something personal but I solved the problem I was feeling miserable about, then out of nowhere I started obsessing over the idea that because I've been feeling better, I misremembered a street and a skin mole moved out of place I was "HECKIN TRANSPORTED TO ANOTHER TIMELINE DUE TO QUANTUM IMMORTALITY" because I actually killed myself during that period of misery and I left my elderly father alone
It's ridiculous but this obsession has been making insane
