I usually play solo or with 1-2 friends. Communication is barely a thing if you dont want to. Most I do is use local chat to talk to nearby teammates and let them know where enemies are. Some servers are way more active on radio chatter but none of them require it.
If you dont have autism and can talk to people it is fairly easy to find a group to move around with.
