honestly very disappointed with the sort of heat map design of each important point on the maps. Iberia seems like the only map with strong choke points and power positions on the map. Every other point feels vulnerable which forces you to keep moving or die from a flank.
Spawn beacons are so retarded and difficult to find that they centralize most game modes like breakthrough, rush, and KOTH around which team is better at spamming medics and beacons. if you arent actively hunting down spawn beacons in game modes like rush, you will lose, attack or defense. I think i've seen more m4 or shotgun recons than sniper recons outside of exactly liberation peak.
Supply bags are also overcentralizing because they let you resupply other OP gadgets like incin grenades or smokes or spawn beacons. I kind of wish that supply bags were split into medical kits and then engineers were given the ammo kits because right now supports are more like mobile gadget regenerators than healers.

I'm using the starting smg with the 2nd laser and sprint fire upgrade and it practically has pinpoint hipfire accuracy and zero recoil. Doesn't matter that they can see my laser cause they're already dead while I'm adhd zooming out.

I'm enjoying it greatly, but I'm one of those dipshits who spent a lot of time in Metro 24/7 maps in BF3 so it's kinda catering to my tastes right now. Do have some overall complaints though. Jumping/sliding should have aim mangled to the point of being useless, snipers should be unable to hit shit if they're being suppressed, spawn beacons should show up on the map when used, shotguns should have their 1 shot range lowered slightly, rush is terrible, Cairo should have helicopters

Well i considered it to just be insulting. I quite literally tested out two of the most demanding triple A releases i could think of during the beta period (Space Marine 2 and Black Myth Wukong) to make sure that my PC isn't the issue as to why these direct x crashes kept occuring. The only last game untouched is Cyberpunk 2077 and turning on full path tracing for that one, or actually buying Alan Wake 2 off Timmy's store, but I'd wager the result of all games working fine would be the same. But it's my PC, i just need to upgrade from an RTX 5090 to play Battlefield 6, it's a broken piece of shit.

I really hate how the game is a middle-of-the-road head clicker zoomer game and nothing else.
It has no identity, and i have no idea why it even has massive 64 player maps.
Hell Let Loose is 100 players, and its so much more fun since you have to communicate.

I played both Betas and I played enough of them to never want to play them again.maps like Cairo have absolutely 0 replay value because of how rigid and limited your flanking is.

Take Wake Island for example. You can do literally everything in any order you want and have fun with the enemy reacting to it differently every time. M4 hipfire is build is the easy mode, LMGs are trash. The only guns that are well balanced are the SMGs and the Galil, G36 ARs. The shotgun isnt that of an issue, it's the shit map design that enables it.
Iberia and New York map are so dense you get shot at when spawning 2 secs in, every point is only a few secs of sprinting distance. Liberation Peak is full of mountain goats and spawn sniping, what the fuck? Cairo map seemed to be the most basic small size BF map yet it's filled with roof top climbing exploiting bitches, where is the fun in that? The maps are so cluttered that vehicles could barely traverse much other than a single road like a MOBA map

Spotting in this game is insanely easy and braindead from 3D auto spotting for player, to a bunch of recon uav and motion sensor gadget. BFV had better spotting mechanics than this game

Reforger has been a much more accommodating experience and has so much more to offer. Highly urge you to check out the channels I linked, will give you a good idea of the game. Next, this greedy company can't even be bothered to add good features from previous games. In BF1 they came up with Operations and it was a great made and obviously a lot of effort went into it. What do we get today? A shitty Breakthrough mode with 48-players on tiny maps. How about advanced movement, call-ins and fortifications from BFV? They are also gone. Commander role? Still gone. I won't pass too much judgement but if there aren't at least a few Golmud/Shanghai type maps on release it will be bad. And I'm not a fan of both sides using the same vehicles, they give each side different but equal vehicles like BF4/BC2. Just for aesthetic purposes.

TTK is too low on most guns and the maps are all OK except for NYC which they were clearly going for a Metro/Locker type of map but they forgot what made those maps playable. Tajikistan feels like a BC2 map. Cairo feels like something completely new.

And finally they need to add a proper hardcore mode on release. Not a dumbed down one, but one with all the HUD elements and markers removed like BC2. Give that one the TTK that the game has now and remove all healing except from medic bags.
