i can't speak for any jp stuff (don't know moonrunes) but i know of picrel that got crowdfunded fully within hours back in 2023. it's still not released yet but when it does i want to fuck that foxboy silly.
it has a gender-neutral protagonist (so not traditional otome) and is apparently made by some of the team who made the arcana. i heard about some messy shit going on with that game so i'm a little wary. also this game has a
