I grew up in Southern Chester County so I had the absolute privilege of knowing some of the best and most successful people of my entire (millenial) generation while enjoying some space/nature. I have a sweet spot for philly because I could just go home after staying with friends. Kek. I lived in South philly for a while. Still had family that didn't get out (drexel hill, south washington and north east) in the 80s like the rest. It wasn't that far but far enough to not have to deal with the bullshit all the time.
