That only works if she is a main and then she would need to also buff Changli. People act like the damage breakdown for the team is like Changli 70% with Brant and Lupa covering the rest. Changli at best is like 50% with Brant covering a like 30-35%, people being made that Lupa damage at S0 is low isn't completely unfounded. The main thing with this team is that it really is a sum being greater than the parts situation.
Also what happens if Galbrena scales off heavy attack, cause you know it would make more sense for Kuro to make her a part of a second fusion team of Her/Mortefi/Lupa than to have her replace someone from a team they have been clearly building up to.
