Maybe it is, but I always imagined an end update like the current end but with small biomes dotted around the place. My idea would feel more like someone took the overworld and broke it apart, so it wouldn't be small biomes dotted across a desolate landscape, but vibrant islands spread across the void. 10,000 hours in MS Paint to illustrate
