Because his fireball is extremely predictable. It can only cover one angle, whereas Fleet can threaten 6+ angles at any given moment with delayed, layered projectiles. Zetterburn's fireball, Maypul's seed, Wrastor's tornado, and technically Etalus' icicles are the only projectiles that are limited to one angle, and Zetterburn's and Etalus' are the slowest. It really isn't that good, especially against players who know how to parry; because it's so predictable and slow, you can consistently call it out with parry. Even if it doesn't directly lead to a conversion, it's still 3 seconds of invincibility to do whatever you want. This WebM is pre-buff, but the principle still applies.

But I'm also not a fan of people who play Zetterburn like a zoner. What a fucking lame way to play.
