Razer DeathAdder Elite.
Razer peripherals are usually overpriced dogshit, but I've had the same DeathAdder Elite since 2020 and I suspect they've cheaped out on manufacturing since Covid. I've heard some of the newer models have issues with ghost clicking or faulty scrollwheels but mine hasn't had any problems since I bought it.
