I would post the command lines, but I'm still kinda' learning what all of this stuff means myself and working on tweaking it. I'd hate to put up a command line that's still barely useable.

search ffmpeg vp9 2-pass and the link for ENCODE/VP9 is a good source. At the bottom of the page under "Also See" is a VP9 encoding guide. that's a good start to getting something set up.
