Anyway I journal most mornings and sometimes include affirmations. I also affirm during the day whenever I think of it. Remember that the end goal is to convince your subconscious that you already have whatever, so methods are just a means to that end and you should use whatever method works best for YOU. I find affirming while I'm exercising to be the most effective.
Related, on 8/17 I journaled two pages of rambling about how I'm chosen, I'm always prioritized, people pick me and try to please me, blah blah, both for work and personal stuff. I find this kind of rambling to sort of put me in alpha state.
On Sunday I got offered a gig i wasn't supposed to have. Also on Sunday and Monday I heard from two FWB I hadn't in a while, both trying to get me to come visit. Then a third FWB came over to my house today, and also this morning I got asked out by a stranger when i was looking really rough (hadn't even brushed my hair or teeth yet, wearing ratty clothes). We might have drinks on Friday but i don't really care. So i guess it worked.
