There would've been a splash image or the most barebones of kit data like with Nefer, I'm not convinced since we had character icons for Capitano, and those were used for Act 4's war. That and the 6.1 or luna 2 or whatever that shit is called beta data had stuff from the upcoming patch already in its data.
