If we're talking non-statemate inducing maps, I suppose cp_gothic and cp_furnance, cp_aqua, pl_simpsonhouse are maps that come to mind.

My heart will forever belong to blackmesa, whacky races, balloon race, pacman and toyfort though. There are loads of others I can't remember right now, but I'd include them too if I could.
