It's implied that Pochita disappeared while Yoru was devoured. The other Horsemen searched for Pochita but couldn't find him.
They probably had 1on1 combat that led to both being nerfed. Or it was something else that nerfed Pochita.
If I had to guess, based on her behavior, Yoru's retardation would've allowed Pochita to slip out from their grasp because she insisted on fighting Pochita alone and getting all the glory for herself.
