Another big problem with the FDA process is ain't nobody submitting IND applications for freakin' plant extracts. Yet you look at the research, minoxidil be gettin mogged in mice: https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/1934578X251333902

I plan to try out PP405 relatively soon, but my N=1 results say min already mogged by those plant extracts even in humans, but I'm only a couple months in and not using any trichoscopes.

>The combined analysis revealed that minoxidil treatment of AGA not only acts on androgenic receptors (AR) but also on 2 new targets, steroid 17-alpha-hydroxylase/17,20 lyase (CYP17A1) and aromatase (CYP19A1).

So growing a maximal amount of hair isn't as biochemically simple as just blockading some androgen receptors? No shit sherlock LOL

Looking at this case series, TNF alpha inducers might grow hair too if you can find any: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00403-025-04300-0

topical min is pretty based if you don't have a cat, but IMO the growth stimulant effect is mogged by even just ginseng plus hemp oil
