One of the best provinces in my starting region was Blackport which gave me access to water / nature casters. Great for forging and summoning Kydnid soldiers over and over again. The other important part was, that it had a huge population which is why I made it the center of my blood slave hunting operation. I used relatively few of them for infernal breeding and spent the rest on summoning an Arch Devil and the Heliophagi.
