The world would be a better place if Bass.EXE had his own focused game, starting from his creation to the struggles he goes through, to him finally becoming Megaman's rival with a goal of his own.

There's so much interesting stuff that could be added and expanded upon, like his relationship with Gospel or the other NetNavis.
