The world would be a better place if Bass.EXE had his own focused game, starting from his creation to the struggles he goes through, to him finally becoming Megaman's rival with a goal of his own.

From what little we've seen so far, the art is very inconsistent in quality. The scans we've seen in this thread specifically and the other just drop randomly in quality. Ciel's head looking like a jelly bean in the preview scan a while back already propped up red flags for a lot of people. They fucked up the names for whatever reason. Leviathan's incapable of flying and using water based attacks outside of water, her main elemental attribute is ice anyway, it's why she's weak to fire. Using the pause menu to change weapons worked perfectly fine in the NES games. The only problem is that the MMX games (and MM-7/8) make it so it takes ten years to open and close the pause menu. It's much snappier on the NES.
Ideally they would have used the Dualshock controller to have weapon swapping on the right stick, but they were too stupid to do that until MM11. MM11 has the best controls in the series with right-stick weapon swapping and Rush abilities being bound to face buttons. These features should have been added to every Megaman game in rereleases

Have any of you played the arcade games? I think they're pretty bad. Power Battle especially looks cheap. They're very easy, even on the hardest difficulty setting. I beat Power Fighters with one credit on my second try at max difficulty. Getting a 1CC on an arcade game should take way longer. A game all about the robot master boss fights is a great idea, but the fights themselves are lame. If the boss fights are the main focus, then they should all at least be Freeze Man tier, but some of them are like Toad Man tier. Don't even bother playing below the max difficulty, because on normal mode they don't even do all of their attacks and you could beat the game blindfolded. I put my controller down and it took a boss over a minute to kill me. It was very disappointing because I was excited to play these games
