I buy chicken breast, process into shreded chicken, store it in the fridge and eat between 150 e 200g every night. I also have a small naan topped with yogurt, salad and one or two slices of prosciutto. Here is a picture.
For lunch I eat the heathier looking thing they have at work. On mondays and tuesdays I do salad quiche days, in which I have a salad and a 2inches quiche.
I freely eat nut bars if hungry.
