PC version was a mess when it first released, but it's been patched to the point that it's the best version of the game now. Just be aware that if you uncap the framerate beyond 60FPS you'll need to install a mod to fix the game logic since it's tied to the framerate.

Also, there are some fun mods for the games, although getting them up and running is kind of a pain at first. You need to install a manager along with backends and stuff. Once you do all that though, it's drag and drop. I'm currently replaying Birth By Sleep with a modpack that makes the game faster and lets you cancel animations more freely. It's pretty glitchy, but it makes the game a lot more fun overall.
