There isn't any point since Valve gutted him just like they did Scout, Heavy, and basically everyone else other than Soldier, Demo, and Medic. They've made it clear that they want TF2 to be a mindless explosives spamming game, and if you don't want to spam explosives, you will get spit in the face and kicked in the mouth.
Friendly reminder btw that even from the maximum range possible, the Ambassador can no longer kill anyone in a single headshot other than a Kunai Spy.
