Super Sentai is just 3-5 guys in different colored outfits with a shared motif. It's a lot more kiddy compared to Rider.

Kamen Rider is usually one guy fighting an evil force with the same power as them. Some series' are more kiddy than others but overall it's darker than sentai.

Overall quality wise. Sentai is more consistent because it rarely tries anything new while Rider is always experimenting even when it fails.

The ones on streaming sites like Kuuga, Zero-One and Ryuki are good starting points.
There's also Fuuto PI which is a sequel to W but explains itself to new viewers.
