Just because majority of people wants something to be added doesn't mean it's good. I am all for LGBT stuff(I'm bi and have several LGBTQ+ friends on top been participating in parades) but I don't think it should be included as some kind of celebration in all settings and fiction where it doesn't fit. Like I don't need to have Made in Abyss to have some pride parade, even if it was inclusive. Same reason why I don't need to have other parts of my identity pandered to in media I enjoy. Yeah it can be cool to see Finland mentioned in vidya, but only if it makes sense. LGBTQ+ people can form a parade in OSRS by themselves if they want. But it doesn't need to be OSRS lore thing. Gielinor doesn't really need modern day idpol and sexual/gender identity stuff. Most you get is someone trying to buy a gf next to GE.
LGBTQ+ support is important and in general it should be normalized that being L,G,B,T,Q, or funny + sign is all okay. But I don't want all media to NEED to have pride parade to be CORRECT kind of media. Same reason you also shouldn't give a single fuck what Korean(and sadly some western) chuds cry about pinching gesture or what Right-Wing thinks if you criticize Capitalism or are pro-socialism. You should be allowed to express what you want and not express what you don't want.
Just because you don't have pride parade doesn't mean you are against LGBTQ+. Same as just because you don't have Finnish flag when it's our Independence Day doesn't mean you are against finns.
