I am currently playingh Robot girl's dream -RobotBattleChampionship- and Return of the Obra Dinn. Former is similar to Swords and Sandals but you play with cute robot girl instead of gladiator and you don't restart your file after being defeated. Lot of content, it reminds me a lot of flash era games. Latter is detective mystery game where you have to figure out what happened to the crew of ship by going back to past and seeing short scenes of crew members death.
Hard to pick a favorite, there is a lot. LobCorp, Everhood, Last Command, Rabi-Ribi, They Bleed Pixels, Dungeon Munchies, To the Moon, Astlibra Revision and many more.
Not sure about the worst one but I think ICEY just because it felt like shitty mix of sidescroller and Stanley Parable
