/TI/Gaslighting
Sup. This is another TI thread. ITT we discuss the gaslighting aspect of the TI phenomenon's experience. We talk a lot about the gangstalking. While the gangstalking does happen and worth discussing, I rarely see this side of things brought up, even though it is the entire other half of the coin. I rarely see gaslighting discussed in any depth here, so let's do that here. Gangstalking is definitely unnerving or even dangerous, but it's this stuff that leaves the lasting damage, the reason why you slowly became more paranoid about *everything*, why you may be questioning your own intuition or self-agency, or any other aspect of your being that can be manipulated.
There is a lot of overlap with this phenomena and mental disorders as this phenomena tends to be so corrosive to one's wellbeing that disorders very easily begin to appearing after a few years, as it feeds into every paranoid wondering and pang of anxiety while simultaneously distracting and suppressing your awareness of alternate explanations, exploiting gaps in your perceptions or any evidence to the contrary to their narratives.
The purpose of all this is to keep you distracted from the details of your life, so your relationships rot, your health rots, your mental wellness rots, everything rots so slowly it's hard to even notice. Especially with them keeping you wrapped up in the petty circular arguments they love to incite. The goal of this thing seems to be a form of soft neutralization, behavioral adjustment, and/or discreditation, depending on who is being targeted. No idea who is doing it, but there seems to be a lot of overlap between those experiencing this seemingly all-pervasive thing and those that are on a watchlist for no good reason. If they try to tell you you're something special or extraordinary or dangerous in some way, or even some kind of prophet, disregard it, they're feeding a delusions of grandeur narrative.
