I have a very important stupid question.

I have a rewritable CD. Win10 says there is 250MB of data written on it. In reality, only 55MB of actual data is on the disc.
How can I find out what's on the remaining ~200MB of used space?

The data in question are important medical scans for my relative.
There are supposed to be 6 images there. Only 2 can be found. Even with the remaining 4 images the max amount of space used should still be around 135MB.

Yes, the hospital staff are retards. Complete waste of oxygen retards.
I suspect they somehow allocated the space on the disk, but never written anything on it.

...

OK, I managed to solve it! While typing out and organizing my thoughts, I decided to run Recuva (recovery tool) on the disk.

These complete braindead utter morons don't know how to write a disc and overwrote the data in two different sessions! Luckily, the sectors weren't overwritten, but holy fuck, these fucktards are a waste of my tax money. Socialized healthcare combined with Karens are a goddamn plague deserving to be exterminated.
