Personally, I want to port over cephalyx as Feral Warrior + Tainted Flesh militia, with the gimp doctors as rogue psykers and discipline masters and big guys as summoned daemon brutes. The big thing I had to overcome is even with the new stuff, there's not a lot of poses for what would be 100+ model army, until I had the idea of digibashing some of the helmets from the thralls as just a bunch of heads I can stick on aos khorne dudes
