I never understood how they got away with nerfing recover mana instant and passing it off as a buff, all they had to do was just not make It get rid of spells while still recovering mana proportional to the number of spells in your hand, instead they just made It recover a flat 24% which is small compared to the 40% or even full recover from before. Now that It got buffed i'm hoping for somewhere around 45%
