Absolutely irrefutable truth nuke for fat loss: You should fast. Whether it's moderate or ordinary intermediate, you should feel hungry. Fasting = losing muscle is the worst meme from some 'scientists' and you will NEVER succeed with that calorie restriction approach, and you will eat later thinking 'I did enough so I should eat now, I don't want to lose muscle' and congrats, you regained all the fat again in a few weeks! And this happens OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO EVERYONE who didn't get this truth. YOU. NEED. TO. FEEL. HUNGER. Once you have this epiphany of fitness, you will know how fucking absolutely overly abundant our modern ordinary caloric life is. There are WAY TOO MUCH.
