It doesn't work everytime though. For example even though she's super Sex, Lil Kyoko didn't make huge waves like Ishu and Natsuki-chan did. Also Shitotsu was a complete failure.
There is clearly some trick to it that was figured out by Kawae between Kyoko-chan and Ishu.
