CN filling up all their TV slots with TTG is a big symptom of the "all or nothing" mindset plaguing media industries. If it's not a major hit, it's a failure.
I miss the old days of the 00's when there was real variety. If you weren't the biggest fan of Ed, Edd, n' Eddy, you might like Billy & Mandy. If you didn't like MLaaTR, you might like Kim Possible. The creators could also flex their ideas more. Writers could move from show to show and really hit their stride. Now if somebody wants to write a comedy cartoon, their 2 options are Spongebob or TTG.
