They've been doing KH fits for Mickey, Donald, and Goofy sporadically at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party(separated ticketed nighttime event) and a couple other night time parties at the Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios in Disney World in FL. I'd assume similar for DisneyLand. Disney has always been very tepid about the KH stuff in the parks because nobody working at Disney actually understands if KH is popular or ever was popular. Also anime scares old executives.
