At this point, Dragon's Dogma 2 DLC would be less of a surprise than KH4 news.
KH4 is the new Dragon's Dogma 2. It might happen, it might not, but it's extremely unlikely, and in the impossible scenario that it does release, it will be painfully underwhelming and kill the franchise.

DD2 had the same kind of retards that expected the new coming of christ that hit KH3, that's the only people that found it "underwhelming". They're better because the PC ports are the remasters of the original games and feature a lot of QoL updates as well as being able to play the game at 60fps and 4k and being able to switch to the japanese audio

There are also some mods that help fix some minor stuff that could bother you like putting back the original colors of the heartless or fixes to the upscaled textures

It’s a great triple AAA title. Even the “worst” world, Arendelle, at most was just a bit boring to go through. The music, level design and minigames were a testament to just how solid KH3’s foundation is that a “bad” world is still extremely enjoyable to play through. And that was before Re:Mind, I genuinely liked Attraction Flow in a casual play through and thought it made things fun. It was always optional! Keyblade transformations are one of the best things introduced in the franchise alongside upgrading them, and switching too. God I love KH3’s combat. And story-wise, I think they just had a lot of loose ends to tie up which made things a bit rushed. SDG had amazing chemistry in this, and the endgame is amazing. Final World genuinely made me tear up with some of the dialogue and themes, Xehanort and Scala in general was super sick to just fight through. Genuinely good shit I can’t imagine hating on it unironically

Maybe I need to give it a re-play, but the initial game that released after more than a decade of waiting left me totally disappointed. It was like a bimbo, nothing but aesthetics without any real story or intellect, and I thought that's what the franchise WAS all about after everything that went down in DDD, instead, after so many years, I was left with nothing but just another glossy, flashy game, without any actual substance, and it completely turned me off the franchise despite it trying to have done damage control with DLCs and the whole Chi BBS prequel thing (and I say this actually liking the Chi universe and lore).

I think people need to wake up and admit that despite how long they waited and hoped, and that despite how much they don't want it to be true, KH3 was a shit release that added nothing new to the lore and had no interesting developments or plot twists.
