Anyway, this is a great book. I highly recommend it. The title makes you think its a textbook, but its really a collection of anecdotes from history along the lines of "One day someone decided to implement economic policy X. 20 million people died and people resorted to eating their pets. This is why now we do Y". He also talks shit about monopolists and corporate lobbyists. Regulation is only really bad if it prevents competition and encourages monopolies.
