I remember a day when such people would be taken to a hospital. Even though the mental hospital at 666 Queen Street West in Toronto was a hell in itself, at least it really did help some people, and kept some dangerous people off the streets.

Nowadays known violent loonies can just roam around stabbing people, because to lock them up pending assessment would be cruel. It is the same in every white country.
