What math is there to be done? Titanstring is the best for raw damage output, that much is obvious. Whether the player values that extra damage over utility or accuracy is up to them. There's always an opportunity cost, if only in having to use an Elixir of Strength instead of an Elixir of Bloodlust. Titanstring has good synergy with Volley (but that implies being a Hunter 11) and Arrows of Many Targets (but that implies the tedium of having to stock up on them). However, that's AoE damage that isn't necessarily as relevant in practice as it is on paper. It's a reasonably powerful weapon you can acquire early on, but it isn't particularly game-breaking.
