i could right a whole essay about this and i will. Vipers skins has just has the exact same coverage if not more if you include her legs. Vipers cover pose shows off her tits way more than rouge. her burst shows them off just as much as rouge HOWEVER the lobby screen shows them off EVEN MORE than rouge. Rouges burst shows her breast fully exposed for less than a second then goes on to cover them up again for the lobby screen. the biggest difference is Viper is wearing a swimsuit while Rouge is wearing a REVERSE BUNNY SUIT. i didnt complain about Drakes gacha not being revealing enough. the whole point of the reverse bunnysuit is to be as revealing as possible meanwhile Shiftup goes out of their way to cover her up as much as possible. the 12+ rating is no excuse when they do expose her for fractions of seconds and even more insultingly in CGs. if it was truly about the age rating they wouldn't be able to show it off AT ALL. we have characters in bunnysuits showing off WAY more and skins for other Nikkes showing off way more. if the entire point of a reverse bunnysuit is to be as revealing as possible why even bother with a skin if you are gonna cover her up as much as you can every chance you get its almost like Shiftup is embarrassed doing it. instead we got a half hearted outfit when a regular bunnsuit would have been way better. all of this is also ignoring the fact the new artist did a much worse job with the face and this is a $60 skin by the way. they show multiple times they are more than capable of showing her off yet made a conscious decision to cover her up as much as possible. compare this to any other reverse bunnysuit in any other form of media and see how half hearted and disappointing this is.
