The F-35 completely shits on the F-16 in a dogfight. This is a scenario where they put the F-35 in the worst position possible where the Rafale starts behind the F-35, at velocities that handicap the F-35 and favor the Rafale, just as they did with the F-22. It's training for both the US and their NATO allies, not a real world scenario.
