IT WASN'T! Not at all. This is one of the big problems with the audience. They always think their thing is the first or what invents it. A lot of shows had through plots and serialization. You had Conan, Pirates of Dark Water, Inhumanoids, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, Ulysses 31, fucking Teddy Ruxpin. And there's probably a lot I'm leaving out or don't know.
>And of course, nostalgia.
Nostalgia is an issue now but it doesn't work when something is new and Avatar fags were insufferable out the gate.
